Was it worth taking 3 kids?

No, but we needed a much needed new toy break! Okay, here is what I did today.

Walgreens:

Transaction 1:
1 Renu contact solution($7.49)
1 RepHresh tampons($5.99)-not sure what they do special, but we will see

I had 1 $2/1 from 6/6SS. My total was $12.42. I got back a $7.50RR and a $5RR. I MADE $.08.

Transaction 2 and 3:

2 Lysol toliet bowl cleaner($2.99)
1 Renu contact solution($7.49)
1 Herbal Essence shampoo($2.99)

I had 1 $2/1 Renu, 1 $1/1 shampoo from 5/16RP, 1 $1/1 Lysol from 6/6SS. The Lysol was BOGO free. My total was $10.41. I got back a $7.50RR(Renu), a $2 RR(shampoo), $1RR(lysol). I MADE $.09 each.

CVS:
Quick stop here. I got 2 Dawn dish liquids. They were $1 each. I had 2 $1/1 from P&G mailer, "What Matters Most". I paid $.14.

I was looking for the Huggies diapers deal, which I read on jillcataldo.com, but I did not get a $3 off Huggies from my CVS card. The deal is as follows, in case your CVS spits out the coupon at the self checker. Buy 1 box Huggies(56-96count) for $19.99, get $9.99ECB. There is a IP for the diapers for $3. If you get the coupon from CVS, use it too. The diapers end up costing $3.99. Again, did not work out for me.

So, total for today, I MADE $.12.

  2. They enjoyed it, since they got to buy something with their birthday money.
