My name is Allison Renda. I am always looking for good deals. For a while, Walgreens used to have an Easy Rebate coupon book. I used to buy the items, lots with coupons, and do pretty well. I got a lot of items for free, and even made money sometimes. I talked about it so much, towards the end of the program I even got my sister to try, although she usually bought the stuff and had me send in the receipts! Anyway, one night a couple years ago(about)one of my Mom’s Clubs was going to the local library to see the “Coupon Queen” Jill Cataldo. I went and my grocery shopping has not been the same since. Before going to the seminar, I used to grocery shop mostly at SuperWalmart. I would use coupons, but not too many, as I bought a lot of the Great Values brand, thinking I was saving money. I can’t help smiling now thinking about my mistakes. Now, Jewel is my main grocery store, along with Walgreens and CVS. If Dominicks has anything incredible, I go there too, although I don’t have one super close. I love telling everyone my great deal, bargonnas, if you will. There is something so exciting in saying, I just bought 2 toothpastes and CVS gave me $1.75 for them. Or, I bought a Schick razor and Walgreens gave me $2. 5 boxes of popcorn and 2 packages of Danimal Crush Cups just made us $.84. The products are numerous and just waiting to be bought. I just love getting things free or cheap. I now have my sister “super couponing” as well as my mother-in-law. Although I still have a lot to learn, I thought I would share my experiences with others. I am sure you will have as much fun as I do!
